Sletten er tom bak meg
og foran meg ligger skogen.

Jeg reiser meg,
jeg står opp,
jeg strekker meg
og puster dyp.
Jeg lukter harpiks,
jeg lukter løv,
jeg hører fuglesang,
skog, jeg gleder meg til deg!

Hjertet mitt banker raskt,
jeg fortsetter reisen min
og bak bakken
begynner skogen.
Hendene mine berører

The rays of the sun wake my body
